Podgorica, (Montena-business) – 280.000 Montenegrin citizens took part in the process of Mass Vouchers Privatisation (MVP) by today. More than eight thousand of them transferred about 51,2 million voucher points to Montenegrin companies. The companies with the highest transfer rate are Telekom, Jadransko Brodogradiliste from Bijela, Jugopetrol, Luka Bar, Rudnici boksita from Niksic, Elektroprivreda Crne Gore, Zetatrans, Juzni Jadran and Trebjesa, the Public Relation Agency (PRA) reported. The citizens transferred 379 million voucher points to HLT Fund, 249 million voucher points to Euro Fund and 185 million to Atlas Mont Fund, 175 million voucher points to Trend Fund, 130 million voucher points to Moneta and 99 million to Mig. The citizens who still haven’t used their voucher points will have a chance to transfer it to the companies through the offices of Bureau for Payments located in 21 Montenegrin municipalities, PRA says. The deadline for transfer is 5th of December when all vouchers that are not transferred to the companies or Funds will be proclaimed not valid, reported PRA. kdj/bd
