88 percent of enterprises have scheduled or held shareholders` assemblies
Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) – Of 220 Montenegrin enterprises privatised under the mass voucher privatisation, 194 have scheduled shareholders# assemblies and 90 of them have held the constitutional assemblies, P.R.A. agency said on Friday quoted figures provided by the expert coordination body (SKT), which monitors the process of mass voucher privatisation.
