About 20 consulting companies in Montenegro soon
After completion of the training for business consulting, more than 20 consultant companies would be founded in Montenegro and they would cooperate with similar companies in the region. This information has been announced at today’s presentation of the project. International project of adoption of specialist skills in the field of business consulting has been implemented in Montenegro from the beginning of last year by Centre for Entrepreneurship (CE) and German consulting company Iltis. Director of the CE, Petar Ivanovic, said that the purpose of the project was theoretical and practical training of young people in Montenegro that should offer the consulting services, as well as their regional connection with colleagues from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Croatia. Ivanovic said that the project was financially supported by German Foundation Karl Duisberg, but he did not state the exact amount. “I can only say how much CE invested in this project, because the Centre is in charge of its organization. Whatever the value of the total investment is, it is significantly lower than the worth of the very project,” said Ivanovic. Director of the project, Dragana Radevic, said that two of four phases of the project had been completed so far. “In the first two phases the theoretical training and consulting of trainees has been realized, and they spent three weeks in Germany and visited companies of their own choice. The third phase is underway, where trainees cooperate with Montenegrin companies,” said Radevic. She also said that at the end of the training, the trainees would have to pass the tests and obtain certificates for business consulting, which would be valid in all states where they could obtain the working licence. Consultant of Iltis, Sandra Foltzer, said that several hundreds of business trainers from the region were already in possession of the certificate and were successful in local markets, which guaranteed the success of the project in Montenegro, as well. On behalf of the trainees, Darko Hajdukovic said that the number of consultants who would really work in Montenegro would form the market in line with their own needs and skills they would acquire in the course of the project implementation.
