Podgorica, (Montena-business) - A new proposal for a Law on business trade societies, adopted by the Government at today#s meeting, should reduce administrative problems during the registration and simplify the process of evidence, and change the present Law on companies. The secretary of the Secretariat for Jurisdiction, Rajko Milovic, said that this proposal represented one more condition for a proper functioning of the market economy and that it affirmed a goods and market economy. "The new law defines the goods# production as materialized legal interest of private producers, and it determines forms of companies that will participate on the market. It will reduce administration procedures during registration of a company, simplify the evidence procedure, and reduce the level of founding capital".
