All of 225 companies from the list for Mass voucher privatisation directed the necessary documentation for registering into the Central Register, stated yesterday the Central Depositary Agency (CDA). Director of CDA, Vladimir Kascelan said that 30% of the companies has already been registered in the central register, for 50% of them the documentation was being checked and 20% waited for the transfer procedure from the Operative group. "The complete documentation was submitted by 30% of companies, and 50% of companies should verify the data that CDA received from the Operative group," said Kascelan. He said that only emitters could give the legal strength to the data given and that they were responsible for their accuracy in the register.
