Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) - Amendments to the law on banks, to be discussed by parliament on Tuesday, envisage an increase of the founding capital for banks to 5.0 million euros by the end of 2004. According to the changes, an individual shareholder could obtain 13 percent of the bank#s capital at the most, with the approval of the Central Bank of Montenegro.
