Firms that want their stocks to be rated at Nex Montenegro stock market can begin submitting their demands for being registered in it#s A and B list from Monday, when trade with stocks obtained in Mass voucher privatization (MVP) process officially begins. "According to the recently passed Book of regulations on rating of Nex Montenegro stock market, companies that want their stocks to be ranged on A or B lists have to submit their demands and the other necessary documentation to its Commission for rating. Companies can start submitting their demands from Monday and in case they fulfill conditions from the Book of regulations, Commission will allow them being registered on one of the lists", said director of the stock market Mladen Bojanic. According to him, if a firm wants to be rated on A list then it has to be registered for at least three years before submitting the demand and its stocks capital should be over 2,5 million EUR. He has said that the scope of every new emission of stocks has to be minimum 100 thousand EUR and a company should have more the 100 stockholders. "It is also necessary firm to finalize the last business year with profit, to pay dividends on time and its stock must not have limits for trading. Financial report of a company that wants its stocks to be rated at the stock market list has to be in line with the law on securities", Added Boajnic. Firms the stocks of which are to be rated at B list will have to fulfill similar conditions. They have to be registered at least a year before submitting the demand and they have to have more then 25 stockholders and the scope of new emissions should be higher then 25 thousand EUR. "All the firms that do not fulfill the conditions for entering A or B lists will be put on the third list of free trading. For entering this list it is enough proprietor of stocks of a firm to submit his offer or demand for stocks to the stock market. Theses companies have to be also registered into Central depositing agency since it is not possible to participate at stock market securities trading in case it is not so", explained Bojanic. He adds that it is still early to set the stock market rate for stocks that are to be sold and purchased at Nex Montenegro, even though it is planned this rate to be introduced as soon as the stocks trade intensifies. It is possible index to be established on the basis of about ten firms the stocks of which will dominate in sales but we stil have not discussed on which the companies those could be nor on the height of participation. We should previously establish which firms are interested in stocks rating on A or B list", said director of Nex Montenegro stock market.
