Kotor (MINA-BUSINESS) - Autoremont from Kotor held on Friday the constituent shareholders# assembly meeting, adopted a list of shareholders, the statute and named a new managing board. The Montenegrin Development Fund owns 34 percent of the company, privatisation fund Atlas Mont seven percent, while managers, workers, pensioners and adult citizens hold the remaining 59 percent of the total of 85,000 shares.
