Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) - The management of the KAP aluminium factory in Podgorica will discuss later this week demands by trade unions for a 50 percent increase of salaries although they say such an increase is impossible. "We will continue to discuss the workers# demands in an atmosphere of tolerance and in line with the collective wage agreement and financial capacities of the company, like we have done in the past. But a 50 percent salary increase is impossible," Mihailo Banjevic, director of KAP, told Mina-business. He said that over the last three years, output in KAP rose 54 percent and salaries grew 225 percent, with an average salary currently standing at around 360 euros.
