Bankruptcy procedure was completed successfully for 14 of 39 Montenegrin companies, and of that number 10 cases were solved by the Trade Court in Podgorica and four by Trade Court in Bijelo Polje.
Presidents of the two courts after today#s meeting of the Council for privatization with these two courts of law, announced that for the remaining 25 companies bankruptcy procedure would be completed by the end of the year.
Dragan Rakocevic, president of the Trade Court in Podgorica, said that, among other cases, the bankruptcy procedure was completed for City transport from Podgorica, "Javorak" from Niksic, "Kosuta" from Cetinje and "Ski Centre Bjelasica".
He said that in this process the utmost care was taken of the status of employees and that providing for the employees was the most important issue.
As Rakocevic said, the companies whose bankruptcy procedures were completed would be privatized and investment for their development would be requested from the new owners.
