Podgorica, (Montena-business)-“We rented out 2,000 square meters space of the store house Podgoricanka in order to employ our workers who were getting no salaries for a long time” claims Veljko Barovic the director of this company. He told Montena-business that the courts hadn’t still decided on property of Podgoricanka, but the company would respect any decision of the courts, no matter if the space was rented out or not. “We temporarily rented out about 2,000 square meters of the store house, but if the court decides that the company belongs to the Robna Kuca Beograd Company, we will respect it” said Barovic. The companies that rented the space obliged to employ the most of Podgoricanka’s employees. This way Podgorica will have the storehouse as a few years ago. The space was rented by the companies Montelada and Leskom, and companies that will have Benetton’s, Nike’s clothes, then perfumes and cosmetic articles. The Robna Kuca Beograd Company decided to sell the object in Podgorica, which has been under court process for five years and which is used by store house Podgoricanka. The managers of the Podgorica company are against the decision of the Belgrade company. Guarantee The Belgrade company gave Podgoricanka as security to a credit of a private Belgrade bank, and the local court twice decided that the Podgoricanka storehouse should be sold. The managers of Podgoricanka complained because of this decision to the Supreme Court and asked it to bring a fair decision. The Supreme Court still hasn’t decided upon this complaint. kð /bd
