Brokers` provision rates of 10 to 15 EUR

Brokers` provision rates of 10 to 15 EUR
Commission rate that the brokers would charge the citizens for their services at the stock exchange would be 10 to 15 EUR, and the exact sum would be stated after the price list of the Central Depositary Agency is passed, states the Association of brokers. Mirela Bakoc, president of the Association, says that members of the institution, Monteadria broker, CG broker and Holder broker, formed a minimal price that the citizens would pay for one transaction at the stock exchange, which is 10 EUR. "This sum is increased for the part that brokers should pay to the Central Depositary Agency for their services, so after the CDA passes its pricelist, we would decide on the exact sum. I guess it would be 10 to 15 EUR," said Bakoc. She reminds that citizens can offer the shares of companies from MVP list they received as of March 4, 2002. Bakoc, who is also the director of Monteadria broker, says that this company signed the contract with the Post of Montenegro, on the basis of which the Post would become their authorised representative. "Citizens who decide to offer their shares for sale should fill in the form and give it to brokers or any of the Post offices, situated in all Montenegrin towns," explained Bakoc. Deputy director of CDA, Miomir Jovanovic, said for Montena-business that after their meeting with broker companies today, they directed the proposal of the pricelist to the Commission for securities. "This list includes a large number of services, as well as those that would directly influence the brokers# commission rates. Our prices would be published after the Commission for securities states its opinion, at one of its meetings and after they are published in the Official Gazette," said Jovanovic. He claims that everything depends on the Commission now, and added that he is sure that the prices would be established until March 4, when the stock exchange would start trading the shares of companies obtained in the process of Mass voucher privatisation.
