Business premises of hotel-tourist firm Budvanska rivijera of approximately 600 square meters has been sold today at public auction at price of 780 thousand EUR to firm MT Group from Budva. Initiating price of this business premises, situated in Petorvac was over 766 thousand EUR. No one was interested in buying restaurant Golubinj with initiating price of over 876 thousand EUR, Brezine with approximately 862 thousand nor for #Sutjeska" estimated to be 680 thousand EUR worth. These three objects are also possessed by Budvanska rivijera. Caterer center Slavija, property of hotel-tourist firm Fjord with initiating price of over 2,5 million EUR has not been sold at the auction neither the shop of Zitoprioduct in Pljevlja worth 290 thousand EUR. Auction has been organized by the Commission for auction of the Privatization Council and it was held in press center of Secretariat for informing.
