According to the minister of finance assistant Ratomir Jovicevic, after the first amount that is to be emitted on 5 September the interest rate will probably change depending on the request. "Everything depends on the market and the interest going on for this short-term valuable papers. After the first emitting the situation on the market is to be discussed about and after that increase or decrease of the interest rate is possible", said Jovicevic. He could not say precisely what would be the interest rate for those who would buy the first emission of five million DM explaining that it was determined by the experts from USAID.
