Citizens of nine Montenegrin municipalities that have possibility of using new telephone services of Telecom Montenegro are most of all interested in call identification service with or without the mechanism, was announced from the marketing department of this company.
"Forty days after introduction of new services Telecom sold about 400 mechanisms intended for call identification and approximately 600 subscribers used the possibility of displaying the phone numbers on their phones", was said from the marketing department.
This firm officially introduced those new services by beginning of January, after Christmas holidays. According to the first results citizens of these nine municipalities are very interested in those services.
It was also announced that about 160 users subscribed for "package plus" that includes call diverting and call identification without mechanisms, call waiting option and conference phone line.
Citizens are not so much interested in single services and it can be confirmed by data that 48 of them decided to subscribe for using call-diverting service, 15 for call-waiting option and 11 for conference phone line. At the same time 19 users was interested in rejecting the arriving phone calls and 16 in speed dials.
"Reactions of subscribers on possibility of using new services are satisfactory since enabled only for the subscribers connected to the digital telephone centrals, that is for the citizens of Podgorica, Niksic, Kotor, Herceg Novi, Danilovgrad, Budva, Bijelo Polje, Bar and Ulcinj", was estimated by marketing department of this firm.
It was announced from Telecom that those services would soon be available to subscribers of Cetinje and Mojkovac where the digital centrals were being installed.
