Podgorica, (Montena-business)- The Celebic Company will finish construction a of 4,000 m2 building by the end of April 2002. Construction work started at the end of last year on the location called Novi grad 1 and 2. According to the independent referent for investments, Nikola Ratkovic, this company will finish construction of a building of 9,500 m2 by September 2002. The construction of this building started in June 2001. The representatives of the company didn’t want to comment the financial results, investments and turnover of the company. “We were building several roads in Podgorica, such as the street of IV Proleterske brigade and Drac, and now we are starting to build the street of Nikole Tesle” said Ratkovic. Pelagonija from Podgorica will do the works. The main business orientation of the Celebic is trade with material for construction and building of objects. Among Celebic’s 300 suppliers are the Kanjiz factory, Kosjeric Cement and Betonjerka from Cacak. “The company is the representative of Italian ceramic company Mariner from Modena, and representative of the Kerakol Company, which produces glue for construction materials” says Ratkovic. According to Ratkovic, the company pays obligations towards the State on time, but it has some uncollected claims of one year. The company was founded in 1991, and it employs 31 workers. On the Rating List of the most profitable middle companies in Montenegro made by the Centre for Enterprise, the Celebic Company took the first place. av/bd
