Bar (MINA-BUSINESS) – Executive director of the Port of Bar Miodrag Gvozdenovic said on Tuesday that reloading cement at a passenger wharf in Kotor, without an adequate space, fence and equipment was unacceptable and called on the government to issue rules detailing who can deal with international goods handling business. The Port of Bar itself had two idling silos which could have been prepared for these purposes with a very small investment.
