The Council for privatisation of Montenegro has given today the licences to brokers that completed the training organized by the Council and American consulting company USAID. Official giving of licences for about 20 brokers has been organized today in Atlas Banka and the certificates have been given to trainees by vice president of the Council, Veselin Vukotic. "Trade of shares can begin immediately, and we are very pleased that its preparation has been successfully completed. As of today, all shares have been registered in the Central Depositary Agency, and all citizens that invested their voucher points in one of the companies from the MVP list have become their legal owners," said Vukotic. He said that there were about 100 brokers in Montenegro, and four broker companies Holder broker, CG broker, Onyx and Monte Adria Broker. He also said that the commission rates of brokers, which the Association of brokers announced about 10 - 15 EUR, were too high, and added that they would probably be lower after the stock exchange activities begin. "The market would set up their real value because citizens would probably not want to pay that commission rate," said Vukotic.
