The Port-master#s office from Kotor directed to the Ministry of internal affairs about ten certificates for sailors on examination because of reasonable doubt they could be false. Captain Nikola Drakulovic said that the Port-master#s Office receives every day the requests of world naval companies for examination of certificates. He added that the certificates for sailors in Montenegro have been issued in line with international standards and conventions of International Marine Organization as of February 2, 2002.
