Four days before withdrawal of DEM, queues in banks licensed for conversion are still long, published the daily "Vijesti". Citizens have so far converted about 800,000 DEM. Of that sum, one half was converted in banks and the other one in General Clearing House. Director of the sector for relations with citizens of Podgoricka Banka, Djordjije Djurisic, said that citizens converted smaller sums of money in the last few days. Dragana Garic, councillor for relations with business units of Montenegrin Commercial Bank, said that the Bank converted 41 million EUR.
