Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Tender Commission of the Privatisation Council of Montenegro decided on Monday to offer for sale shares of three hotels via an international batch sale tender. The offer will include 34.81 percent of shares in the hotel Albatros from Ulcinj, 39.36 percent of shares in the hotel Mimoza from Tivat and 33.09 percent of shares of the hotel Primorje from Tivat, P.R.A. agency said. Buyers can gain a controlling stake through recapitalisation, after previously having met a business plan.
