Parliamentary Commission for monitoring of the privatization process in Montenegro requested today from the Government, Council for privatization and Agency for restructuring all documents on privatization process up to now and this year#s plan. In line with the legal procedure, the three institutions are to submit the requested documentation in 20 days. The Commission that has been constituted today, requests also the insight in additional documents of companies whose privatization was accompanied with affairs, such as "Trebjesa" from Niksic and hotel "Maestral" in Milocer. It was stated that former members of the Commission met only once and that the Government and the Council did not submit within the legal deadline the documentation on privatization of 6 companies requested by that Commission. However, names of the six companies were not stated. The next meeting of the parliamentary Commission for monitoring of publicity and transparency of the privatization process in Montenegro was announced for the beginning of September.
