Herceg Novi (MINA-BUSINESS) – The ministry of ecology, urbanism and planning and a construction inspection in Herceg Novi have banned a construction of a business centre Plato in the centre of Igao, representatives of Montri and Dubrovkinja companies said on Monday. They said Belgrade investor Vojislav Milosevic was illegally granted a licence for the works last September by the municipal authorities. The business centre was supposed to be built on an area of 1,300 square metres with 58 business units, 30 of which have already been sold.
