Construction of Nautical tourist center (NTC) that is marina in Kotor has initiated today. It will be over seven million DM invested in this project. Earth and reinforced concrete works will be finished in the following eight months. Marina will be constructed by a firm YU Briv from Kotor and the first phase of realization of the project that initiated in 1995 by foundation of Nautical tourist center will coast over 1,7 million DM, was announced at today#s presentation of initiation of works. Minster of maritime and traffic Jusuf Kalamperovic said that marina was a significant Montenegrin investment since it would provide new jobs and it would be of great use for Kotor that used to be visited by about 360 yachts. Technical documentation for construction of marina that would include approximately 15 thousand square meters of land and 29 thousand aquatoriums was finished by Belgrade Center for planning of urban development "Monte cen". NTC as limited liability society was founded by port of Kotor, Jugobank, and Fund for development, public firm "Morsko dobro", center for planning of urban development and companies Kotor-projekt, YU-BRIV and CEP. They invested almost 600 thousand DM in this project.
