Podgorica, (Montena-business) - Daily consumption of electrical energy in Montenegro yesterday was 12,8 million kilo-watt hours, which is 15,1% lower than maximal consumption on 13 December 2001, but it is 3,7% higher than allowed, Elektroprivreda Montenegro (EPMN) reported.
The #Zeljezara# Steel Factory crossed the limit consumption by 57,8%, the #KAP# Aluminium Factory crossed the limit by 8,7%, while the #Distribucija# used 1% less electricity than they are allowed.
The Accumulation of Hydro Electrical Company #Perucica# is 31% of planned quantities at the moment, or 36 million kilo-watt hours, from which 21 million can be used. The situation in coal reserves is getting better, and it#s quantity is 15,000 tons, or 30% of the planned quantity.
Thermo-electrical Company from Pljevlja works at reduced strength because of minimal reserves of coal, reported EPMN, appealing to consumers not to cross limited consumption.
