At its yesterday’s session, the Council for privatisation did not accept the documentation of the management company Balkan Invest that was interested in foundation of the new privatisation fund. As Montena-business is informed, the Council postponed the issuing of the licence to Balkan Invest for foundation of the new fund, explaining that the check of its references was necessary. This company has recently been registered in the Trade Court of Law and it also paid the minimal deposit of 250,000 DEM to the Ministry of finance, which is the precondition for foundation of a privatisation fund.
