Podgorica, (Montena-business)- The Tehnomarket Company from Podgorica equipped a space of 600 square meters at Zabjelo by 80 counters that will be rented out at a price of DEM 160 per a month. “The space located at the street Put JNA, nearby Tara’s Garage is of a unique kind” said the secretary of director Slobodan Racic to Montena-business. “We provided regular cleaning of the space and got sanitary licence. The object is hygienically good and acclimatised because it is a closed space. The price of a counter is lower than on the markets, and working conditions are more favourable as well” claims Racic. “On the counters you will find the same articles as at the markets, with exception of food products and goods with excise tax that are not allowed to be put at the markets but you will find them here” says Racic. “We got the licence for selling all food articles and equipped for that purpose a separate space. Beside the licence we got for selling the goods with excise tax, the sellers themselves will probably have to get another one by local authorities” said Racic. “Today we rented out about 30 counters” ended Racic kð /bd
