Date of summons in dispute between officers of the ships #Novi# and #Orjen# and company #Jugooceanija# from Kotor has been postponed today for March 14, because lawyers of two new creditors addressed the Business Court in Podgorica. "The Adriatic shipyard from Bijela has claims on two ships, and a foreign bank sent a letter of complaint for #Orjen#, and it has a mortgage on it," said vice-president of the Union of employees in naval shipping and transport, Tomislav Markolovic. He explained that the Union requested investigation of request of new parties in the process as well as postponement of the date of summons, on which the means of payment of wages for the crew of these two ships should be decided on. The Court is to decide whether #Novi# and #Orjen# that were arrested by the Union on request of their crews, would be sold at the auction or the company would find some other way to settle its debt to workers of more than half a million USD.
