Deadline for submitting application forms for untaxed goods can be prolonged till midnight
Directorate of public income (DJP) received until yesterday 513 application forms for the goods that were not taxed, worth 1 235,000 DEM. Montena-business is informed that the deadline for submitting application forms – until 8 p.m. tonight, could be prolonged till midnight, because today, the last day, the interest is greater than in the first days. The Government of Montenegro set up the deadline for all legal subjects and individuals to report till today all untaxed and illegally purchased goods, and amnestied them from legal sanctions. After this deadline, intensive control was announced, and inspectors would, as it was announced, initiate legal procedure against these persons and companies. Final information on the number of applications and worth of reported goods would be publicised tomorrow in the afternoon. DJP informs that so far more than a half of the total number of application forms were submitted in Podgorica. In Cetinje there were 9, Danilovgrad 11, Niksic 29, Rozaje 3, Bijelo Polje 25, Kolasin 6, Mojkovac 8, Bar 52, Ulcinj 5, Budva 15, Tivat 6, Berane 54, Andrijevica 3, Plav 12, Herceg Novi 6, Kotor 7, Pljevlja 14. In Savnik and Zabljak there were no application forms submitted for untaxed goods.
