Managerial board of Ulcinjska rivijera rejected as unfounded proposal of trade union of hotel Galeb on bringing legal charges due to dispute on fiduciary contract with Montenegro bank, writes DAN. General director of Ulcinjska Rivijera Dzevdet Capric said that debt existed and it could be annulled only by liquidation. He said that he would propose to Montenegro bank to convert the debt into firm stocks.
