Serbia and Montenegro do not fulfil the conditions that EU has set up for introduction of Euro, said the governor of the National Bank of Yugoslavia, Mladjan Dinkic, adding that was the reason why the Brussels recommended to Montenegro to return to dinar as means of payment, wrote the daily newspaper "Dan".
Dinkic emphasized that there would be a certain period of time in which conversion of Euro for dinar would be made.
Governor of the National Bank of Yugoslavia said that with Montenegrin return to dinar, Yugoslavia would again have the united monetary policy, united customs administration and foreign-trade policy.
