Podgorica, (Montena-business)- The discussion on the outlines of the Law on electronic trade and signature, which would show possible practical problems of their use, will be held on Thursday 6 December in the hotel Crna Gora. The Institute for Strategic Studies and Predictions (ISSP) will organize the discussion in order to explain these two Laws, which will define new area of business, still unknown in Montenegro, and in which state institutions and the private sector are interested. Both outlines of the laws were made by the experts of the PriceWaterHouse Coopers and the Barents group, as the part of an USAID program on aid to economic reforms in Montenegro, in cooperation with the ISSP, the Institute for Comparative Law and Ministry of Trade.
