"Government of Montenegro should urgently find the mechanisms for increasing of financial potentials in order to stimulate the entrepreneurship, that is, in order to finance new products for more productive employment," said Montenegrin president Milo Djukanovic. "Socially acceptable solutions must be found faster than it has happened so far for the most impoverished classes of society, for unemployed and people employed in companies that have not been working for a long time, or that work with considerable reduced capacities," said Djukanovic at today#s press conference. He said that together with the competent courts of law must be found the solutions for "cutting off the agony in a considerable number of companies in bankruptcy procedure". Djukanovic added that the priority of the Government must also be the redefinition and updating of the social program, with the purpose to focus its force on the categories of socially endangered people. He said that in that way the existence would be provided until opening of a more promising and more dignified alternative. Djukanovic claims that huge steps were made in the plan of budget reforms as well as in the reforms of monetary and foreign-trade system. "With assistance of foreign experts the preconditions for transparent process of voucher and tender privatization were created. Serious preparations for the reform of judicial system and state administration, education system, taxing and banking system are underway," said Djukanovic.
