Majority of Montenegrin employees in education decided to form a residential fund, so they would allot 2 percents of their net wages as of April, and distribution of that money would begin in May. The Union of education stated that Government of Montenegro would participate in the fund and employees in education that accepted their establishing with payment of the money to a special giro-account. The Union expects from the Ministry of education the decision on increase of coefficients until the end of March, and it states that 75 percents of schools is still in general strike, which means that classes are shortened to 25 minutes.
