At the moment, in Montenegro there are more than 59,000 tourists, of which number almost 52,000 are local and about 7,300 foreign tourists. On the basis of this information the Tourist Organization of Montenegro stated that the number of guests is 48% higher than in the same period last year. The Tourist Organization states that the number of foreign guests is higher for 178% and number of local for 39%. It is estimated that the number of unregistered tourists is about 44,600 which would meant that on Montenegrin coast there is almost 104,000 tourists. The most visited town is Budva, where there are about 20,500 guests. In the second place is Herceg Novi with 11,800 tourists, then Ulcinj with 9,500 and Bar with 6,800. One of the most frequently visited municipalities is Zabljak where there are about 6,200 guests and about 500 unregistered.
