Faculty of mechanical engineering from Podgorica will soon initiate working on prototype of minibus. Work will start when company Oma Iveco, which is representative of Italian motorcar factory Iveco, delivers a car that is to be worked on", said professor of this educational institution Bozidar Nikolic. "We shall start working on prototype of minibus immediately after we are delivered the small bus that we are to turn into a motor car. We initiated with preparations for this project last year and we shall work together with representatives of Oma Iveco. Students of Faculty of mechanical engineering will also participate in this project. We could not have started earlier since we needed approval of Iveco", said Nikolic for Montena -business. He estimated that in case realization of minibus prototype project was successful, production of this kind of motorcar would probably be continued in some of Montenegrin companies. "It is about the time Montenegro to initiate producing something and successful realization of this project would certainly help us a lot", considers Nikolic. Protocol on cooperation of Iveco with Faculty of mechanical engineering in working on prototype of minibus has been signed today at 14:00 in facilities of Montenegrin Automobile association.
