Managerial board (MB) of Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro (CCM) has today adopted last years# report on work and final bill but its members have not discussed about or announced details on materials. MB has discussed on the way of organizing the stockholders# assemblies in firms that participated in the process of Mass Voucher Privatization. It has been estimated that all the stockholders have right to vote at the stockholders# assembly and the management of the firm will decide on the way and place of its holding. "Every individual stockholder has legal right to vote in the assembly while the task of the firm is to find the best possible way for all the stockholders to be gathered at one place", said the president of CCM Valdimir Vukmirovic. "Firm predicted for additional capitalization through public tender will be run by a current Managerial board until major proprietors organized the management", said Vukmirovic. According to him stocks of the Pension-invalid Fund and Employment service are treated as normal stocks and they are rated at the stock markets. Vuknmirovic has announced the conference on possibility of exploiting drinking water in Montenegro for 22 and 23 March in Risan as well as conference on possibilities on exploiting gas and naphtha in Montenegrin underwater for April. Discussion on development of railroad, motorways and highways will be organized in May. MB has today appointed Cedomir Milic a new commercial director of Zetatrans.
