Podgorica (MINA-BUSINESS) – Retail prices in Montenegro rose 19.9 percent in the first quarter of the year compared to the same period 2001, the statistics office said. Prices in March rose 0.6 percent on February, but were 19.8 percent higher than in March last year. Agricultural produce prices rose 2.5 percent on February and industrial goods prices rose 0.7 percent on the previous month. Prices of services remained unchanged.
