Podgorica, (Montena-business)- From next year market sellers will be allowed to register their stands as independent trade objects (ITO) on which it will not be legal to sell the goods with excise tax and easy-spoilt food articles, or large white technical apparatus. This decision was made by the representatives of the market sellers and the Minister of Trade, Ivan Raicevic, considering the working version of the Regulation, which defines the legal working status of the market sellers. According to Vojo Drobnjak, who is the secretary of the Association of Market Sellers, this Regulation will include a transitional period of at least 60 days. The Regulation will define that at all marketplaces only those goods that are regulated by the Government decision can be sold. Drobnjak added that the sellers later would agree with the Minister of Trade on introducing the cash register. kd / bd
