Podgorica, (Montena-business) –A new handbook for accounting of non-Government’s organisations (NGO) and a codex for professional accountants will be published by the end of January 2002, the Union of Accountants and Controllers told Montena-business. The General Secretary of the Union Zoran Todorovic said that the handbook would include all spheres of NGO’s activities. ”The handbook was made to be used by NGOs, expert’s houses from abroad, Direction of Public Expenses, Government of Montenegro and by all interested persons” says Todorovic. Todorovic is the author of another handbook on material-financial relations with NGOs. This is going to be published by the Centre for development of NGOs by the end of December 2001. ” Both handbooks will be published in Montenegrin and English as well” said Todorovic. af/bd
