Herceg Novi (MINA-BUSINESS) – The Herceg Novi power distributor Elektrodistribucija has begun with non-selective power cuts to all consumers whose debt exceeded one monthly payment. The total debt of Herceg Novi households was 841,000 euros and the debt of other consumers 1.5 million euros. The Bijela shipyard owes 147,000 euros, the water supply company Vodovod 121,000 euros, the Yugoslav army 106,000 euros and the municipal authorities 61,000 euros.
