Republic Board of the Union of health and social policy is dissatisfied with standard of employees, estimating that individual collective contracts should be altered and amended, wrote the daily "Pobjeda". "Ministry of health as well as Ministry of labour and social welfare has not showed the readiness to discuss this issue," said president of the Union of health, Miroslav Maric. President of the Union of the Clinical Centre, Ratko Vukcevic, said that alterations and amendments of collective contracts were an urgent issue, which was why this organization initiated the change of coefficients in order to improve the financial situation of employees.
