HLT Fund Will Earliest Distribute Dividends In 4 Years
Podgorica, (Montena-business) – The HLT Fund that collected about 430 million voucher points, will intensively work on revitalisation of companies in tourism and trade, it was reported at today’s presentation of the Fund’s portfolio. The participation in the portfolio of the fund is 34% from trade as companies’ business orientation, 32% from tourism and 21% from production. According to the Fund’s director, Predrag Jovanovic, participation in the HLT’s portfolio fund is 14% by the Port of Bar, 21% by Budva’s Riviera and 16% by the Telekom Company. “The HLT Fund is the owner of 6% of Telekom’s shares, while in the HTP Primorje Tourist Company it has 29%, and in the Onogost Company it is the main shareholder with 40% of its shares” said Jovanovic. He added that increased demand for the shares of the ‘Marko Radovic’ Company, which participates with 3% in the HLT’s portfolio, at the Montenegro Stock Exchange, was good indicator of the future of this company’s business. The citizens who transferred their voucher points to the HLT Fund can expect to get dividends, as Jovanovic said, in 4-5 years. He explained that the Fund should first earn and then share the dividends. For 1 voucher point the HLT Fund got DEM 0,42 of the estimated capital, which has a nominal value that, according to Jovanovic, is not important for estimation of the Fund’s business success. “The market will show if the Fund’s portfolio was good or not” said Jovanovic.
