Herceg Novi, (Montena-business) - "The money from selling a café called Hercegovina, which is a property of the HTP Boka Company, will be used for modernisation and renovation of the Plaza Hotel and Igalo Hotel" said Mr Dragan Karadzic, financial director of the HTP Boka Company. The commission for auction of the Privatisation Council on Friday sold the café at the price of DEM 275,000 to Mr Borislav Djikanovic. Mr Karadzic said that the sale of this object had been on the Privatisation Plan earlier, but the object had been sold after the third attempt. "The Administrative Board of the company made a plan of using the money trough the sale, and it says that the money will be used for modernisation of the acclimatisation in the Plaza and Igalo Hotels" said Karadzic. He said that in the next 15 days the contract with the buyer would be signed, which would provide money for acclimatisation of the HTP Boka#s objects. af/bd
