Pilot program of help intended for Montenegrin municipalities in appliance of new law on real estates is to be realized in Kotor, Niksic, Pljevlja and Plav, was announced by the non-governmental organization ICMA (International County/management agency). It was also said in the announcement that the goal of this project was preparation and testing of new municipal administrative systems of real estate taxes before implementing them in other municipalities. "Project will be used for testing administrative details of the new system of real estates taxes, for establishing appropriate software and for testing the method of establishing the value of real estates", said ICMA representatives. Knowledge and experience obtained during conducting the pilot project will be exchanged with the other municipalities in Montenegro. The project includes also informing of citizens on their rights and responsibilities set by the new Law on real estates, was announced by ICMA.
