All the treasury bills of the tenth emission, worth totally 2,5 million EUR have been sold today, was announced by Central bank of Montenegro (CBCG).
Buyers offered over three million EUR for the treasury bills, which they can pay on 18 April with average interest rate of 7,02%.
In average, they have paid 99,46 EUR for every 100 EUR of nominal value of treasury bills of Montenegro sold by CBCG on behalf of Ministry of finance.
CBCG organizes sale of treasury bills every 15 days and on every second auction closing date for arrival of these securities is 56 days.
Treasury bills are short-term securities by sale of which the sate collects from citizens and firms money for covering of the current budget deficit.
Government reached decision on emitting of treasury bills by mid of last year.
