Podgorica, (Montena-business) – At 9 January this year, the Intermercur AG Company from Zurich forwarded a request to the Primary Court in Podgorica, of sale of 180 m2 office space in Belgrade, which is a property of the HI Radoje Dakic. Before, the company from Zurich demanded sale of the HI Radoje Dakic’s Management Building.
According to Mr Velibor Markovic, lawyer of Intermercur AG, the estimated value of the Management Building is DEM 650,000, while present claims of Intermercur AG, including interest rates, are more than DEM 700,000.
Earlier, the Basic Court in Podgorica adopted a decision, according to which the Management Building should be put on sale by 8 February 2002.
“Intermercur AG decided to demand sale of the other Radoje Dakic’s object, because of their expectations that the first auction of the Management Building will not be successful, and that every other auction will reduce the object’s value by 10%” said Markovic.
The temporary director of Radoje Dakic Holding, Mr Radomir Vukasojevic said that the company would try to solve the problem through negotiations, and that today it would be sent a note of proposals for solving the problem to the Intermercur AG, adding that the company didn’t want to sell its office space.
Mr Vukasojevic said that the company wanted to use US$ 2 million, which was collected from debtors from Syria, for starting production.
