Montenegrin companies that employ about 100 workers would pay 4,000 to 5,000 EUR for the certificate in international trade of products and services, which provides international recognition of the quality and presentation on the world market.
The certificates for Montenegrin companies would be issued by the Societe Generale de Surveillance (SGS) from Geneva, which presented today its recently opened affiliation in Bar at the Chamber of Trade of Montenegro.
"The price of the certificate depends on the number of employees in the company and time that SGS experts spent for its examination," said representative of the company from Geneva, Marinko Ukropina.
SGS is the leading company in verification, examination and certification of products, services, cadre and equipment, which employs about 30,000 experts for quality in more than 140 states.
"The task of the company is to estimate the quality and quantity of goods in transactions for buyer and seller, as well as estimation of the condition of equipment in bigger companies. Our clients are importers, exporters, transport companies, governments and NGOs, as well as insurance companies and we assist them in production, sale, purchase and transport," said Ukropina.
He claims that asset of the company is confidence of clients into its trademark and neutrality in estimations, since it has no capital in any company it examines.
In Montenegro, only the Port of Bar possesses the certificate of this company.
