Public Municipal Institution (JKP) of Ulcinj is to receive tomorrow 56 new containers and one vehicle worth 120,000 DEM as a result of an agreement made between Italian company "Ares" from Bologna and Municipality of Ulcinj, stated the representative of Italian CISPEL in Podgorica for Montena business. It has been planned that the JKP of Ulcinj and Ares form together a joint company that would manage the municipal activities in this municipality. Ares represents consortium of 45 Italian municipal companies from the region Reggio Emilia that offer municipal services for population of about 2 million. Fuad Hadzibeti, director of JKP said that representatives of CISPEL from Italy are to come to Ulcinj on Wednesday. "If we can meet the criteria of Italians, we shall form the joint company, otherwise, we shall pay for the equipment we received," said Hadzibeti. He also said that that the estimation of the company would be discussed at the meeting on Wednesday. "We shall se whether we would have to do a new estimation of JKP or Italians would accept the present value. In any case, they believe that the joint company can be made," claims Hadzibeti. This project, coordinated by CISPEL, association of 1,200 of Italian municipal companies, is a part of the activities for the purpose of attracting Italian investments into Montenegro. CISPEL has began a project on reorganization and modernization of municipal activities in Montenegro and selected five Italian companies with which it registered a holding company "Tower Multi Utilities" in Montenegro, which is to form the joint company with JKP. Containers are the first transfer of capital for the joint company.
