Kotor, (Montena-business)- “The Autoremont Company from Kotor suffers from reduced production, labour surplus and disloyal competition, and its liquidity is decreased by disloyal competition as well” said Zlatko Rizoniko, a member of the managing team. According to Rizoniko, 30 of 80 employees were proclaimed as labour surplus, and the employees should by the end of this week get their October’s salaries. Services of the Autoremont, added Rizoniko, are used by the Jugopetrol Company, the Health House, the Elektrodistribucija and the Crnagoraput Company. “The Autoremont was transformed into a shareholder’s company two years ago. Its main owner is the Fund for Development, with 51% of shares, workers owe 25%, and the managing team 24% of the company’s shares” said Rizoniko. 17% of the company’s capital was offered at the MVP, while 33% of the capital will be sold according to the batch sale method or searching for the strategic partner.
